Description
This product is a specialized Textile Antimicrobial Agent designed for post-treatment of various fiber fabrics, including cotton, linen, polyester, and nylon. It utilizes a proprietary formulation of organic quaternary ammonium salt active ingredients that bind to the fiber via covalent bonds. After undergoing 50 standard wash cycles in laboratory testing, the product still achieved a 99% antimicrobial and antifungal efficacy rate, as verified by Guangdong Institute of Microbiology Testing.
Method of use
This Textile Antimicrobial Agent can be applied by dipping, padding, or spraying. Recommended dosage is 1-3% diluted with water. Adjust based on fabric type, composition, and equipment. Pretest before using with other finishing agents.
- Dipping: Soak in 1-3% solution for 0.5-1 hour → Dehydration (Recover the leaching solution and add it to the impregnation tank) → Dry at 60-80°C
- Padding: Fabric → Dyeing and printing → Drying → Padding with an antibacterial and anti-mould solution (dosage 10–30 g/l, padding temperature 60–80 °C, pad-to-fabric ratio 60–90%, keep the bath volume in the processing tank to a minimum) → Drying (100–120°C) → High-temperature stretching (190–195°C × 30 s)
- Spraying: Dilute and spray directly → Dry at 60-80°C or air dry
